Is wizardry devil worship?And is it pagan?
Wizardry is pagan because it does not qualify as one of the major religions around the world. However, wizardry is not devil worship. Don’t worry worry, you won’t have to change your religion to practice this. You may maintain your fundamental beliefs, but at the same time respect the differences. There is no major god or goddess when training to be a wizard. But many of the ideals of wizardry is based upon Wiccan religious aspects. Pentagrams are often used by wizards and witches. This is often confused with devil worship. The symbols are similar but different. When the five sided star of the pentagram is pointed upright, that’s a sign of wiccan. Using that same symbol and turning it upside down with the point of the star now pointing down; that is devil worship. It may often be accompanied by the numbers 666.
