No. We believe Mr. Hodge has every right to develop the property which he owns per the current zoning. This is a very special piece of property within our Master Plan that we believe deserves the openness and greenspace that a “Prudential Type” project offers. The current proposal is a high-density mixture of retail strip centers, condominiums, offices and hotel space. It does not meet the current zoning or City of Alpharetta land use plan.
