Is wind driven rain covered on all Homeowners Policies?

0

Under the Homeowners policies, damages cause by wind driven rain are covered under Cov A and Cov B. Under a Condominium Unit Owners policy with a HO 1732 endorsement, damages caused by wind driven rain are covered under Cov A. All other policies being named peril have no coverage for damages caused by wind driven rain. Cov C is named peril in all the forms and thus provides no coverage for wind driven rain unless the direct force of wind or hail damages the building causing an opening in a roof or wall and the rain enters through this opening.
