Is wind a form of air resistance?

0

i think people are getting it mixed up, i believe that wind provides air resistance, but an object has to be moving through air to have air resistance, some people might think that it resists air , but the term air resistance, ( as i was taught in flight training) is the resistance of air to move around an object at maximum speed, i believe if there is no object to have air resistance with, then there is just a bunch of moving air.
