Yes, WinCare is making the necessary changes well in advance of the October 2010 deadline to ensure our clients have sufficient time to upgrade and implement the changes needed to be MDS 3.0 compliant. The MDS 3.0 specifications are expected to be finalized in October 2009, once the specification is finalized WinCare will begin coding for the new specification.
