Is wildlife feeding prohibited within the Township?

0

A. Per NJDEP stormwater requirement NJAC 7:14, the Township passed a wildlife feeding ordinance in 2006 which prohibits the feeding of unconfined wildlife in any public park or on any other property owned or operated by the Township of Clinton, so as to protect public health, safety and welfare, and to prescribe penalties for failure to comply (see Township of Clinton Code Chapter 198-21).
