No, the only upcoming international production of Wicked the musical that has been officially announced is for The Netherlands. At a point there were plans for a Mexico production. The plans for both of those seem to have come to a grinding halt (perhaps because of the economy) but most likely after a while (several years maybe) there will be more international productions. Also, a production in South Korea would more likely be a permanent production and so the show would have to be translated into Korean, which takes some time to keep the gist of all the lines and songs.
