Is Whale-Watching Popular In Portsmouth?
There are some boats that go out into the ocean and they take people whale-watching. That is really a lot of fun. I did that this summer. We had some out of town company and we took them whale-watching and it was spectacular. There are minky whales, humpback whales and sometimes you can see dolphins and seals and other sea life, but, those are the two prominent ones. I think there are also some sharks. So, it is interesting to go out. You never know what you’re going to see when you get there. There were some sand sharks I remember one time when we went whale-watching. We didn’t see them this summer, but they are different looking sharks and they came right by the boat. It is interesting.
