Is Wenlin compatible with Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard?
Yes, for Wenlin version 3.4.1. The only problem we’ve heard about on Snow Leopard is that the Finder may “forget” that a document was created by Wenlin, and open the document using some other program instead. As a work-around for this problem, you can drag-and-drop documents onto the Wenlin icon in the Dock; and/or use filename extensions “.uni” (for Unicode/UTF-16 files) or “.u8” (for UTF-8 files). (For example, use the filename “Chinese homework.uni” instead of just “Chinese homework”.
