Absolutely! Let’s face it. Weight loss happens because of two simple things: • You eat less • You burn more calories Now, everybody knows these are the two ways to lose weight. So why isn’t everybody thin? The simple answer is that people who are overweight think differently than people who are at their ideal weight. Does that sound crazy? Let’s take a simple example: Do you exercise? If you said no, why not? Isn’t it because you made a decision–a thought–to NOT exercise. Did you decide to eat dessert after dinner last night? That was a thought, wasn’t it? You thought, “I want something sweet, and I want it now.” A person who is at their ideal weight would probably think something like this: “I like being thin, so I choose to have dessert some other time. I feel full already.” What’s going on here? These are thoughts. These are simple decisions driven by programming buried somewhere in your brain. Only a small percentage of overweight people have actual physical problems that cause t
