Is WebERP a Cash or Accrual based accounting system?
Cash accounting means that the income is only recognised when the money comes in. WebERP produces general ledger transactions to recognise income when the charge – invoice is created – this is accrual accounting. Similarly the date of the purchase invoice is the date on which the charge is recognised in webERP. See the HOWTO section to change from Accrual to Cash.
