Is wearing basketball tights gay looking espiacially during a school game?
I don’t know any gay men who wear basketball tights, so that tells me no, it’s not “gay looking” to wear basketball tights. Why don’t you ask your coach for a face mask if he benched you for a broken nose? Or ask him for a referral to a medical supplies outlet in your town. These places have all sorts of knee and wrist guards, and they probably have something you can wear to stabilize your nose. My son broke his nose twice playing soccer and he got this contraption that looped over his ears. It looked stupid but it protected his nose and immobilized him.
