Yes they are good if u want to save space and u don’t get the humidity that u get from just a tumble dryer, but do suggest get a breakdown cover as a lot can go wrong with the tumble dryer side of the machine as the heater does tend to go, also it is no good for drying towels i have to hang them out or put the machine on twice, but i am glad i have one as i don’t have a lot of space in my kitchen.
