It sounds like you may be in denial- forcing soap in a child’s mouth is torture and one is only capable of doing it if they harbor alot of anger (most likely from their own childhood) about it happening to them- its unconscious. How can a parent do this? You have to be a very cruel & angry person to discipline in this way. Why go to such extemes- what is the fear? The child won’t die if they say a bad word-however their spirit may be damaged forever with a forced torture. It really doesn’t stop the child from swearing and if they don’t end up getting therapy later it usually manifests as a depressive, negative attitude. Kids respond to positive motivation to please not negativity-nothing is ever good enough for some parents- they act like they hate their kids- I call them Hitler parents- the sad thing is the kids are depressed and have low self esteem-Compare to the parents that parent and communicate with love- the kids from loving families are well adjusted and trusting -don’t have t
