Is Vote World Government merely a launch vehicle that has been set up to manage events until a formal global referendum is authorized through the UN or the actual world government exists?
Yes. It is a non-profit organization, based in Canada (registered in the province of Qubec as VWG.org), and at some point, we hope to hand the VWG project off to an established organization. Later, if and when it achieves its goal of launching a global referendum on democratic world government, VWG can be dissolved or transferred to the control of the DWG (democratic world government).
