Is Vonage good phone service?
My family uses Vonage because of the many features it offers, and cheap price. My dad loves it, I do not. I find it unreliable, and the audio quality is sub par in my opinion. Also a few things to note: When your cable modem is down, so are your phones. When you get a message, you retrieve it over the internet. And finally, it can also be difficult to wire the phone modem into your internal house system. So if you are paying a bundle for your phone service now, it may be well worth it. I have a friend who also loves it. I prefer the land line phone however.
