Is Virgin Media Broadband good and can it download torrents?
It is fairly good and does let you download torrents. We had slight trouble with it, but only because there is not enough firbe optic cables in the area. We’re in Leeds where there are 30,000 students using it. In my student area it was fairly slow and no where near the 20mb/s we paid for. But it didnt matter as it was cheap, allowed torrents and served us perfectly wel.
