Is Video Gaming design still a great career to get into or was the job market flooded?

Well there is no doubt that there are a lot of people that are becoming video game designers. As the years have gone by, the popularity of video games and how they are made have soared. I know several people that started working for Square Enix and Activision; they can confirm that if you want to make decent pay in the field, you need to know your stuff. There is still plenty of room for employment in the field, but you need to show that you are knowledgeable, meet the qualifications, and then some. There aren’t too many colleges that are known for web designing, but there are institutes specifically for gaming all over the place. Oftentimes, going to these institutes for an education is smarter than going to a university. But like I said: they look for people that know their stuff, can jump into a project fairly quickly, and can show that they meet the qualifications. The great thing is that if you can do this, have fun.
