Is Victim Offender Dialog (VOD) Part of the Juvenile Justice System?
We receive our referrals from Youth Court, however, VOD is a program of Community Restorative Justice, a nonprofit, organization. The organization is made up of trained facilitators, staff members, and a board of directors, who are interested in helping to resolve the problems and consequences of crime that affects victims, juvenile offenders, and the communities in which we all live.
