Is vibration and rattling a common problem for class C motorhomes?

Just crawl under the thing and look up. You have a flimsy frame structure supporting a bunch of plywood cobbled together – the furniture is not rigid – it is rocking and rolling as you go down the road – now it also can be that two or three items are causing all the noise and if you can correct them you may quiet them down. High tire pressure is going to give you a rigid ride – basically you have heavy duty truck suspension under these things and about the only give you have is the little bit of cushion on the tread of the tires – just like a car – if your tires are worn out you get a hard ride. The big class A’s have air suspension which is probably the best ride possible but class C’s are just a heavy duty truck/van chassis with a house built on it – but some people have added air suspension to them. I live in Florida where the pavment is smooth – now if i drove that thing in Detroit it would shake itself to death in a few miles. I see you mentioned vibration – i was speaking of ratt
