Is VertiMax hard to use? Is there someone who will train me on how to use it?
VertiMax is very simple to use. The two primary exercises that provide the most benefit in terms of developing explosive leg power and speed are simply jumping up and down and step up / knee drive to exercise the hip flexors which improve the speed of our feet when moving off the ground.
