I don’t believe unrefined salt is bad for you, but refined salt is unhealthy. I am torn by juicing and recommend whole fresh vegetables instead. V8 juice contains no fat source, so any vitamins & minerals are wasted. I would suggest eating nuts with it at least. Juicing fruits & vegetables, will have a much different reaction in the body than eating the whole fruit or vegetable.
