Is Uxbridge in West London an area with a large indian population like Southall, Hounslow, Wembley, Harrow?
From my visits there, I would say that Wembley does have a large Indian population/culture, Southall has a very high concentration of Asians, many work at Heathrow. So to answer your question, I would say Unxbridge has no where near the number of Asians as say Southall, Uxbridge also has an excellent shopping centre, plus very close to the M25 and an underground station.
