Is using laser hair removal dangeorus?
No Laser hair removal is not dangerous at all. It is extremely safe, painless and quicker to implement.
You should follow mention precautions, before and after laser hair removal treatment.
Before going through the procedure of laser hair removal, it’s necessary to perform a skin analysis on a small part of the body to know whether you are sensitive to laser or not.
Ok so I’ve received laser hair treatments on my face at my dermatologist office. My skin got burned on the third treatment due to calibration problems with the machine. The skin which was burnt just scabbed for about a week and then I was left with not to serious dark spots on my face about a month until the bleaching cream took effect. Anyways I’m Indian, I would say medium tan skin, not to dark, because I am not fair skinned though the dermatologist had to set the machine to the lowest or second lowest setting possible which makes the laser treatment less effective. I did about 8 treatments (the dermatologist told me the max I would need would be 6) and the amount of hair on my face has lessened but because of the combination of having coarse hair and having to use the machine on a lower setting the hair is still there. I choose to discontinue my laser session because they were becoming a bit expensive. I just recently bought the No-No hair remover. I’ve been using it for about a mon
Hi, The problem with home laser hair removal systems is not that they are dangerous, but it is that they are generally ineffective. There are two considerations to an effective laser: 1) the type of laser used and 2) the energy settings. When it comes to home hair removal systems, they usually use an Intense Pulsed Light (an outdated precursor to real laser systems) or a diode or alexandrite laser. The IPL uses a flash lamp to produce a light beam which is significantly less focused than a laser beam, so it is less effective in permanently disabling follicles from producing hair. Diode and alex lasers, while highly effective for laser hair removal when used at the right settings, cannot safely treat dark or tanned skin at any setting. With regards to the energy settings, the fluence is an essential element in laser potency and effectiveness for permanent hair reduction. Fluence is quantified in joules per square centimeter(J/cm²). For permanent hair reduction, the energy level needs to
