UpsidePMO is extremely flexible and includes a business rules engine and workflow templates that allows you to define your business rules and workflow processes in great detail. The system also supports User Defined Fields (UDFs) to allow you to capture the information you need to support your project and/or workorder activity. Upside Software is committed to flexibility and meeting our customers’ needs. If the system can’t accommodate your specific business requirements, we will work with you to define the gap and close it, either through a subsequent product release or through a customized solution. Because we work with a wide variety of customers around the world we continually get requests and suggestions for changes and improvements to our products and we use this feedback to plan changes to our future releases.
