We do not recommend reduced fat products/low fat diets for children less than 2 years of age, as they need the extra energy of full cream products for maximum growth. Up & Go Energize, is not suitable for children less than 2 years of age, for this reason. However, Up & Go Energize can be given to children over 12 months as an alternative to sweetened drinks.
