Is University College real Tulane?
Yes. The College is one of the eleven officially chartered colleges and schools of Tulane University, authorized to award Tulane University degrees. The particular mission of the College involves services to the New Orleans region, through unique part-time programs and by making available courses of instruction that meet current needs, especially of people in the work force. Toward this end, the College is able to offer education that is up-to-date, practical, and utilizing some of the most current developments in a field of study — all the while retaining the strong liberal arts component that universities believe is necessary to educate the total human being.
