Is Unitarian Universalism related to Judaism?
One of the six sources from which Unitarian Universalism draws is “Jewish and Christian teachings which call us to respond to God’s love by loving our neighbors as ourselves.” At last count, twenty-five percent of Unitarian Universalist congregations reported the presence of a strong Jewish theological perspective. Many Unitarian Universalist congregations now celebrate some of the major Jewish holidays, including Passover and the High Holy Days.
