Yes, Underwriting will take care of duel licensing issues, eliminate any appearance of conflicts of interest and will have a formal closing process and counselor fees will be incorporated into the closing of the approved program, and paid at that time by the closing agent. No fees will be paid upfront until the work is done and the homeowner is provided a resolution recognized under the Federal Loss Mitigation Tools.Any legitimate process has checks and balances to protect all parties.
