In general UltraViolet files will play on every UltraViolet player. UltraViolet does not have region codes. Sale of UltraViolet movies depends on retail and distribution agreements, so not all movies can be purchased in all countries. The UltraViolet file format supports 60Hz and 50Hz frame rates. Players are only required to support 60Hz video, and almost all content is in 60Hz format, but it’s possible to have a 50Hz movie that won’t work on a player that only supports 60Hz.
