Not long ago, Twitter was estimated at being worth some $1 billion, but how can this be, the company barely makes any money. Yes, everyone likes to use it and it has a huge following, and it is used by many people to market their businesses, but it is not the greatest communication device ever created, not even close. How can anyone say is worth $1 billion? Now the analysts on Wall Street that estimated its net-worth and brand at over $1 billion, were looking at one aspect of its future profit potential. In China companies are trading at sometimes 80 times earnings. At that rate Twitter might be worth $1 billion, and during the height of the “Dot Com Bubble” our tech companies were doing the same. But let me explain to you why I believe twitter is worth $1 billion.
