turkey is bordered by 8 countries and is closer both to arab countries like iran iraq syria which are the neighbor states and european countries such as greece and bulgaria, it also has some links with russia through the black sea and the biggest north side is actually bordered by the black sea. The Arab and western cultures are mixed like nowhere else and they are strugling cause of that. Mongolia is far man!!
