Is true inner peace the same as true self-worth?

No. Inner peace is purely a state of mind. Self-worth, true or otherwise (ie based on dishonesty with yourself), is an internal viewpoint which depends on external considerations. I would say that it depends on what your goals and ideals are, and whether you consider yourself to achieve and uphold them in relation to the world you live in. However inner peace is on another level to all of that. In other words, self-worth is a factor but inner peace is the overall aim to strive for. You can have self-worth, yet be worried about a loved one which will prevent inner peace. (In which case you need to look after them and do everything you can for them ofc.
