Is Trever Ariza a better worth than Darren Collison.?
It might be worth trading Collison for Ariza if you’ve got Chris Paul on your roster as your starting PG. There are only so many minutes and if Paul is playing 35 min per game at PG what does that leave Collison? Paul is now in a similar position to LeBron James in Cleveland his last 3 years. Now that Paul has issued the ultimatum to management to get better players they’re going to have to trade existing players to get new ones. The fact is there simply aren’t that many great NBA players in their prime that teams are willing to part with in trades, so while the Hornets roster might change a lot in the next 2 years in an effort to keep Paul happy it probably won’t get a lot better.
