Is trash removal service included with the rental?
No, trash is the responsibility of the tenant. All trash must be removed from the property prior to checkout. The most convenient approach to trash removal is to drop it off at the Conoco station which is located south on Rt. 66 at the intersection with Co. Rd. 16. Garbage left at the property will be removed at the tenants expense, i.e., money will be allocated for garbage removal and clean up from the damage deposit.
