To Arlanda yes, you can take SL [Stockholm Transport] via Märsta and then a bus. To get to Bromma Airport, you can take the subway to Brommaplan and then a bus to the airport. However, neither Flygbussarna Airport Buses nor the Arlanda Express is covered by the Stockholm Card. Since the airports in Västerås and Skavsta are not in Stockholm County, they are not covered by the Stockholm Card. Airport buses operate on these routes.
