Is transacting on HDFCMFMobile safe?
Reasonable safety measures have been undertaken to protect the interest of all our Investors. • I have invested through HSBC QNIS / CITI / ICICI Direct / Kotak Bank / HDFC Bank Phone Banking / etc., through their electronic mode and had requested for a HPIN. The same has been rejected. Why? HDFCMFMobile and HDFCMFOnline is NOT OFFERED to those categories of investors transacting with the AMC electronically (where the brokers transact electronically on behalf of the clients), whether through a Power of Attorney or through alternate arrangements via brokers / distributors (including but not limited to Citibank, HSBC QNIS, Kotak Securities, etc.) or via a third party Website, not being a Website of the AMC. (For the sake of clarity, HDFCMFMobile is not available to User wherein by the nature of the transaction, the User’s original signature is not registered with the AMC). • I am unable to view the complete scheme name on my handset, as the screen is small.
