Is training available in how to use the Learning Management System?
Training on using the LMS will be available at a range of levels: for council staff on the registration processes and assessment procedures for the Central Administration Point (CAP) in setting up new centres to use the system e.g. checking IT equipment compatibility, liaising with IT departments etc for the central administration of candidate accounts In addition, telephone support will be available for CAP, local administrators, learning coaches and candidates for any problems relating to the qualification and the LMS.
