Is Tonalin® CLA safe?
The suggested daily dose of CLA is 1000 mg taken three times per day with food, for a total of 3000 mg daily. Numerous clinical studies have been conducted on the safety of Tonalin® CLA. Tonalin® CLA is ephedra-free and does not contain any natural or artificial stimulants.
