• At the time this FAQ was written (February 2002), the Internet Project Management Committee (IPMC) was evaluating a proposal from TransACT, but no decision has yet been made, one way or the other. There are a range of issues (technical, logistical, administrative, and not the least, financial) that need to be considered before a final recommendation can be put to the main PCUG Committee.
