Is this wat u call long layers into a “V” cut ?
Layers into a “V” could mean a couple of things. It could mean that the outside shape that lays down on your back would be cut into the shape of a “V” or it could mean that the layers would be shorter on the top or crown of your head and get much longer very quickly as they cut toward the outside length of your hair. Then when the stylist holds your hair up to cut the layers his/her hands are held at an severe angle to create “V” shaped layers. But the only way you can see that is if all of your hair was held up off of your head. Ask your stylist to show you the shape on your length that lays on your back, it is my experience that “V” shapes make your hair look much thinner toward the bottom, which is not always very pretty. Make sure you talk to your stylist and have them explain the differences. Good Luck!
