is this the right way to go to lose a few pounds before xmas?
Ok, hi vicki,It is the right way to go about losing weight.But one thing is that the more you exersise the better. Even more important than eating less and more healthily, is exersising.You should run for 1 hour at least per day. And maybe join some sort of sport club for older women.
