I’m not sure if there are other chefs that have discovered this method for making the cheese sauce, but since I havent seen it, I’m going to claim to be the mastermind behind this revolutionary new technique. My method eliminates the need for the time consuming step of making a roux-based cream sauce (Bchamel), to which the cheese is traditionally added. If you can boil cream, you can make this recipe.
