Is this, Sweetened Wheat-fuls cereal healthy?

On several levels, no. Just from the sugar content, no. Even for someone who is not overweight or dealing with blood sugar issues this would be high. From the standpoint of enzymatic/raw foods, it’s not been processed in such a way as to preserve enzymes your body needs. The grain was not either soaked or sprouted before being turned into flour, so it still contains the phytic acid that can block nutrient absorption. And from the aspect of healthy, vitamin-bearing fats, it has almost none (except the vitamin E used for preserving it). Nor does it contain good levels of antioxidants. Compared to most commercial cereals, though, it’s much less processed and doesn’t contain many of the various chemicals they usually have. From that aspect it’s healthy.
