A. None of the regulating bodies for NLP in the UK or America are government recognised at this current time. However, the IBPDA is in negotiation with the government right now to become the first formally recognised regulatory body for NLP and personal growth in the UK. This is a long and complicated process and is one of the highest aims of the IBPDA.
