Is this property in the Lum or the Franklin school district?
I have lived in Alameda all my life and worked in the school district. Alameda seems to be very different than other cities. We never tell a potential buyer that their children can attend the school closest to the home they plan to purchase because the classes could be full. In that case the children will have to attend a school in another district. If this is important to you as a buyer, call theAlameda School District and find out the status of enrollment. One east end school had parents standing in line for hours to enroll their children. We have good API scores in Alameda schools.
