Ans: No. We are looking for every personnel who is involved in the process of filmmaking – Assistant Directors, Production Managers, Production Designers, Makeup Artists, DOPs, Gaffers, Editors etc. Essentially, this programme is a full-fledge film production in actual development. Thus, the entire film crew from creative, administrative to technical, is required.
