Generation identified as a Designated Network Resource for a Network Integration Transmission Service Customer (i.e. serving load inside the control area) is subject to OATT Schedule 4, Energy Imbalance. The applicability of Energy Imbalance and Generation Imbalance is described in the Generator Imbalance Service appendix referenced above. In any case, the Generator must supply energy sufficient to meet the interchange schedule or network customer load plus system losses.
