5 cubic foot is a little big for those subs in my opinion. It will give you decent output but the bass may sound a little “sloppy” or “boomy” at times. I would suggest an enclosure closer to 3-4 cubic foot for two subs. The good thing is that the port is plenty large enough. That means you won’t have port noise with that enclosure. Good Luck!!! Edit: To Chris B…who said my answer was BAD… First, the asker said that the port is 6″ wide. That means it could be, and probably is, a slot port. There is nothing wrong with having a slot port that wide. It would mean no port noise from the subs. Even if it was a 6″ round port the air velocity through the port is low enough to not have port noise. It may not be the best design to have a 6″ port from a pratical standpoint but the asker didn’t ask that. He simply asked if that enclosure would be good. Next, the asker said that the enclosure was 5 cubic foot. I am assumming that is the net internal volume. I am assumming that does not include
