All three systems are completely different and serve totally different jurisdictions. The state eFiling system functions only as a faster and more convenient conduit to transfer the documents from your computer to the Clerks’ offices for filing. Once the documents arrive at the Clerk’s offices both we and the state eFiling system bow out of the picture—we’ve fulfilled our roles in the process.
